Tom Spriggs Architect

"Tom was the perfect architect for our project. He was able to work with us to take our project ideas and dreams and then work with us to refine what we needed and what we wanted from this one in a lifetime build. He was able to show how our ideas should be integrated into the design while still giving us time and space to help refine our ideas. He was with us from the beginning of the project to the end and was always someone who we turned to for advice during the whole process. Jon"

"We worked closely with Tom to come up with some strategic changes to our home that were both practical and elegant. We loved our meetings with Tom as they were informal and friendly and extremely informative. Tom gave us multiple ideas to work with and our final plans incorporated ideas from a few different options. Tom came to our place on several occasions and we never felt rushed. He gave us his time and explained things in a way that we could digest and understand. We really enjoyed the process of designing our ideal home and can't thank Tom enough for his time and efficiency on this project!"

"We worked with Tom during a complete refurbishment project of a family home. We employed his services for: • concept design • feasibility studies • preparation of planning applications • creation of detailed construction drawings We chose Tom in the first place after a very friendly but productive introductory meeting. He seemed to understand our vision from the start. Upon completion I can confirm that this was the case. He helped us through the whole project. He helped us achieve our vision, but wasn’t shy with guidance where needed. Overall I would recommend Tom to family and friends."

"Tom was our architect on a complete renovation project for our grade 2 listed house in Exeter. His friendly approach and in depth knowledge of the rules surrounding listed buildings made us feel relaxed and confident from the start, and we were very happy with the drawings and ideas he present from initial meetings. He guided us through the plans and submitted our planning application; we were thrilled when our project was completely approved first time by the council. We opted for the detailed drawings from Tom which really helped to consolidate our ideas from paper into reality, Tom was great with helping us talk through any queries with our builders, who were able to complete the project exactly how we had planned and in a timely manner. Thanks Tom! Camilla & Jack"

"Tom has been an essential part of my project. Attentive to my design aspirations and fantastic at suggesting additional ideas and modifications. His drawings have been exceptional; accurate, detailed and provided in record time. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough."
