"Contacted SPS roofing after doing a thorough review search of local roofers, my mums roof had several tiles that appeared to have lifted slightly. Sam came back to me very quickly and asked if I could send him some photos of the roof, Sam responded within minutes and said he would pop around in a couple of days to physically check the roof. My mum is 82 and pretty frail and confused at times, but when Sam arrived he reassured her and made her feel at ease. After going up and checking the roof he liaised with myself and said that the roof was fine and water tight, probably been like it from new but we just hadn’t realised. I asked Sam how much he wanted for the inspection so I could send the money through, he said there was no charge but would appreciate me doing a review for him. Really pleased with how prompt SPS were and how at ease my mum felt with them, great service and customer care. Thank you."

"Roof SPS. Extension review I was recommended to SPS by my builder who had seen their work on other sites. SPS was very professional from the start. I sent the architects job specification and we agreed a date for a site visit. The SPS representative had a discussion with the builder and myself to ensure we all knew exactly what was required. A very concise costing was received from SPS which we agreed. The work started on the agreed date and the tradesmen who undertook the work were friendly and explained any points I raised. The work was completed and the site cleared soon after by SPS. This was early 2023 and the storms we have experienced to date (November 2023) have been no problem."
