"Nathan came and did the initial inspection and came back to us with a few options for our system upgrade from a really old standard boiler, cistern and header tank to a modern Viessmann combi boiler. We added a few radiator changes to the work and scoped out a few that we will revisit later this year. The date was set efficiently and quickly which was welcome as the curent setup was often resulting in cold showers for the family!! The work was carried out over 2 days for the system replacement by Tye & Jack, they got straight down to the task and compeleted the replacement leaving the job looking tidy, they gave us an overview of the app and the thermostate and left us with a fully upgraded heating system and no more cold showers :). It did turn out that our system needed a flush as the contents was black and sludgy which put the price up a little but had to be done to ensure the system was implemented as well as it could be. One of our radiator valves did get a leak during the system flushing but once we discovered it a call to Dan out of hours meant that we could get it sorted with some surity. We had no hot water for one evening during the work so made alternative arrangements and we now have the task of painting the airing cupboard and building up some new shelves. The team did a fantastic job and we will be having them back for the other radiators when we are ready for it to be done."

"Nathan came to look at our duo boiler which was leaking and he was extremely helpful, advising us that it was beyond repair and assisted us to choose a similar replacement boiler, as well as discussing various finance options with us. Greg was the technician who installed the new boiler less than 48 hours later. Both technicians were fantastic, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Once fully fitted, Greg advised me on every step forward, from the paperwork, to how the new system operates. And lastly, he swept the kitchen floor, wiped down the kitchen counter top and wiped the wall area where he had worked, before clearing away all his tools and the removal of the old boiler unit. An amazing job done by an admirable young man who respected our home. "Our boiler unexpectedly packed in in December, these guys came out really quickly, against our expectations, they were quick with identifying the problem and explained it to us so we had all the information to make decisions. They fitted us in for a new boiler only a couple days later (after the weekend). Tye came out and got it all installed swiftly and smoothly. Absolutely amazing service from start to end."
