"We honestly cannot recommend Oz Windows highly enough. They have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process of getting our new windows fitted. From day one, when Mark came out to measure up and talk us through the installation process, we knew we were in good hands. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were fantastic and instantly put us at ease. Cheryl has been absolutely fabulous too, promptly sending over our quote and keeping us regularly updated while we waited for our fitting date, which wasn’t long at all after placing the order. Communication like that really makes all the difference. But the real stars of the show have to be Antony and Nathan. Over the two days they spent fitting our windows, they were professional, tidy, and clearly took huge pride in their work. They constantly checked in to make sure we were happy with everything they were doing. What really impressed us was that our shop remained open while the work was being carried out. Every single time a customer walked in, they immediately put their tools down, made sure there was a clear and safe path into the shop, and paused their work so as not to disturb us, all without a single complaint, even though it undoubtedly added extra time to their days. "Mark and Dan did a fantastic job removing my old wooden framed single glazed windows and replacing them with flush fit double glazing that matched the originals in style perfectly. They worked carefully not damaging the surrounding plaster and brick work and fitted the replacement windows with incredible attention to detail. They were a pleasure to have working at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the finished result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!"
