New Space Architecture Limited

"My wife Hazel and I were very lucky to be recommended to Mitch and the team at New Space. They listened to our brief and came up with a great plan to re-energise our seaside property. Jacob & Freya produced excellent drawings and guided us through the normal design "tweaks" (it was a great collaborative result). We are now ready to start the refurb and are very confident with our plans. The whole process takes a while but we were advised on likely timescales. Highly Recommended"

"I'd highly recommend using New Space for any of your architectural needs. Our self-build house design was quite overwhelming at first when starting with a blank canvas and some ideas. New Space helped us to formulate these ideas and create a perfect balance of functionality, performance, and aesthetics for our home. More importantly, they ensured it was actually buildable. Zac's calming nature helped reassure us through the process which, let's face it, can be stressful so we are extremely grateful to him and all he has done for us. Moreover, the rest of the team were extremely helpful and friendly. We cannot wait to get building, and I cannot recommend New Space enough."

"We were recommended New Space Architecture by multiple sources and they didn't disappoint. We were assisted by Kieran and Mitch throughout our project design and they really were a pleasure to deal with. They were always really responsive and supportive with any questions and queries we had and nothing was too much trouble. They were incredibly forthcoming with ingenious ideas which helped us achieve our ultimate goal in a timely and professional manner. I'd highly recommend New Space Architecture to anyone looking for a high quality, person centred service. Thank you New Space"

"The New Space team were amazing and I felt safe and understood what was happening throughout. They are great at breaking down the usual jargon and keeping me informed. I felt really valued and my builder says they are the best drawings he has ever seen! I worked with Sophie, Mitch and Esme and they were all incredible. Thank you New Space - I love my new home!"

"We have recently worked with New Space Architecture to plan our home extension. From our first meeting with Mitch we were excited about the work we needed to undertake to make our house work for us. Lewis was assigned to our project and immediately set to work completing drawings which took into account every detail that we had asked for. We had planning permission granted even though we had some issues due to living in a conservation area, New Space walked us through the whole process, every step was explained thoroughly and any questions we had were answered promptly. Special mention too goes to Esme who is a treasure! We cannot recommend New Space highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are intending to build or extend, they are professional and excel in all areas."
