His quotes were accurate, and he kept us informed of any changes to the original quote. He was punctual every day, and the team worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. They regularly updated us with what was happening, and answered all of our questions. They were also supremely tidy throughout the process, ensuring that our home was usable and comfortable through the duration of the installation, and I think they left it tidier than it was to start with!
