He even took the time to apply a quick fix to the worst areas there, not even asking for any payment. It’s refreshing to meet a tradesman who is so genuine and helpful. "I contacted Luke because I had some storm damage to my roof. He answered my call immediately and came round later that day to assess the damage. Once I'd accepted his quotation, the repairs were carried out by Rhett and Harley in a timely manner and at a fair price. Rhett and Harley took the time to explain as clearly as possible the different stages of the job and took 'before and after' pictures. They identified a couple of extra issues, one concerning the roof and another the guttering, both of which were promptly addressed and rectified. Throughout the whole process, communication between Luke, Rhett, Harley and us was effective, friendly and polite. Congratulations to you all! I would definitely recommend this firm."
