"I’d rate this 1 out of 5. The bouncing itself was adequate, but the pricing, staff engagement and café policy made the overall visit feel unreasonable and badly managed. 1 star We travelled around an hour to visit iBounce and paid roughly £50 for one adult and two young children to take part. It was not cheap, but the main thing was that the children enjoyed themselves. The building looked very tired from the outside, although that would not have mattered much if the overall experience had been good. The trampoline area itself was adequate and there was enough equipment for the children to have fun. The staff supervising the session were extremely disengaged. Two members of staff spent most of the session sitting in the corner chatting, often with their backs to the children. They occasionally looked over when they noticed a rule being broken, but otherwise seemed largely uninterested in what was happening. One attendant appeared far more focused on maintaining a constant conversation with his colleague than supervising the session. Whatever the conversation was about, it looked unprofessional when both staff members were supposed to be monitoring a room full of children. The most baffling part came after our session. My wife and toddler had been waiting in the soft play area, which cost another £7.95 each. Once we finished bouncing, we wanted to join them in the café, buy drinks and have lunch together. We were told we could not enter the café area unless we each paid another soft play admission charge. We had no intention of using the soft play. We simply wanted to sit with our family and spend more money on food and drinks. The idea that we needed to pay roughly another £8 per person for the privilege of entering a café and then paying again for lunch was ridiculous. The staff member insisted that there was another café on the trampoline side. There was not. There were a couple of vending machines and an empty, unstaffed counter. Other customers nearby seemed equally confused by the policy. It showed a complete lack of common sense. The venue lost a family lunch sale and left us feeling as though every part of the visit had been designed to extract another admission fee. Whether this is an official management policy or simply how it was enforced that day, it needs reconsidering. A venue called iBounce should not charge trampoline customers an additional soft play fee just to access the only functioning café and sit with the rest of their family. The children enjoyed the bouncing, but the poor supervision, excessive charges and absurd café access policy mean we would not return."

"We went for my son's 22th birthday party and booked the whole place out for an hour. At the time we went it was extremely hot. It was so hot that the only place to get some restbite was in the party room or to sit in the reception area. The juice pitchers we ordered were too hot to drink and no ice was supplied, the cafe could only open for ten mins at the start and ten mins at the end. I had to spend £20 on drinks in the reception area chiller because this was the only cold drinks we could get on site. Overall, the children did enjoy their time on there, apart from my youngest grandson who had to be taken out due to heatstroke. The staff were friendly but clearly suffering from the heat. It was nice, but I don't think I will be going there in the future."

"Ok, but they could do better with air con and keeping it cool! Didn't mind cafe not open as not many people. Just the hot air made it less enjoyable even for the kids jumping."

"My daughter, had a small birthday party at ibounce yesterday, Friday 15th March 5-7pm. My children have autism, and find parties overwhelming. However my daughter really wanted a birthday party. The guy on reception was so welcoming, helpful, and really professional. We also had a guy supervise the children in the bounce area. Ella was really good, with the introduction, the coffee shop, the food, the laying of the table, delivery of food and the clearing. The grown ups, stayed upstairs and enjoyed a coffee, whilst keeping an eye on the fun. This experience was well worth the money, and in my opinion, excellent value. Everywhere was clean and tidy, and I loved how the room upstairs was dressed for a birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. But especially Ella and the gentleman on reception, 10/10."
