"We felt like we had the worst outcome from this company. We went over and over our calculations with our carpenters. Finally when the Order was accepted it all went down hill. 1) first we explained how we wanted out bi-folds and they ordered them the wrong way to open and now they open on the corner of the house creating a hazard for children. 2) when the order arrived they had ordered two glass panels with a hole for a cat flap, not only was the delivery driver rude about it he didn’t even want to stick around to tell me what the next step would be. 3) Having to wait longer for a new glass panel we the. Realised items were missing from our order, this included our front door and glass panels by the side of it. On asking what was going on we were only then told the two panels by the front door arrived and were damaged so they requested new ones. No one felt the need to reach out and tell us this. We then finally received the front door and the side panels to find we had paid for triple glazing and they had only delivered double. 4) the store failed to even inform us that the side panels due to the size would benefit more from double glazed rather than tripled but felt they would just take our money and hope we didn’t notice this. 5) the screws that arrived for the handles for the window were too short and couldn’t be used so had to wait for new one. I am very disappointed with this company and I even reached out to the director of the company and felt he was as useful as a chocolate tea pot. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise to stay clear and order from somewhere else. We still need to correct the bifold and were told even due to it being their error we would have to pay more money to correct it. After spending over £14K there was no way we wanted to do this."
