"Chloe was very good at creating a good quote, fast installation and great price. very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the solar panels and battery. However aftersales / after installation side of things has been non existent. Pending work. still waiting a response after months of multiple messages which Chloe needs to come back and sort in the loft as left very untidy"

"Very very unprofessional experience. Chloe from engage solar started out friendly and knowledgeable and would answer requests timely…. We started passing our loyal customers to engage for solar quotes & installation , thinking she would offer the same service as we do with all things electrical. Alarmingly 1 of our customers contacted me where engage had installed and we had assisted with a PV install , only to find they had not received MCS sign off 6 months after installation.!! Another 5 of our customers have provided feedback around lack of service and terrible communication which has left us with questions on integrity and honesty. I called MCS to find out the situation to be told that engage solar (engage electrical Ltd) is no longer MCS registered I’m appalled that companies act in this manor and I will never recommend again. I’m also not a fan of leaving negative reviews but feel this is justified to warn others"

"Really bad experience, ceased to be MCS registered as of October 2025, not a member of RECC. Started really well, and Chloe cam across very knowledgable and friendly this descended into terrible and chaotic communication. months to have installation complete, doesnt reply to messages for weeks, multiple excuses, may have ceased trading but please avoid"

"Whilst away in our motorhome we had failure of our leisure batteries. I reached out to Engage who went above and beyond to help us. They managed to order me a 628ah fogstar drift battery (many places don't stock such a large battery) and they had it delivered to a place in Redruth for me to collect on route. Minimum disruption to our holiday so thanks to Chloe for arranging and being so helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Having bought batteries and inverter separately, I needed them installing. Lots of quotes, all trying to have my pants down, so out of desperation I posted my plight on a UK sparkies sub reddit. The amazing Chloe reached out to me, we had a chat, she said she could do it, then we actually met when she pulled up on my drive a few weeks later! She worked like a trooper, only stopping for comfort breaks and a trip to a local electrical wholesalers for 1 item. Keeping her supplied with frequent brews seemed to be the magic ingredient, as she didn't leave until gone 2100!!! All working perfectly, I've taken her comment about me being fiddler to heart, and so I'm a happy bloke with batteries that are now saving me a pretty penny. Hire Engage; they are proper people who a) Arrive when they say they will b) Want you, as the customer, to be happy 3) Know what they are doing iv) Would do really well with a Midlands depot :) as I'd love to throw more work their way! Chloe travelled miles to do my job, it was completed in 1 day (loooong day), and she was on the phone the following morning suggesting things I could do and has followed up with my G99 application as well. After all the messing about I'd had, Engage Solar & Electrical restored my faith in trades - thank you."
