"Unfortunately can’t give 0 stars. I recommend that you do not use this company. Poor workmanship has lead to 20 months of chasing both Chris and Paul to rectify issues. After many calls, messages and a meeting in person, with Paul, I am of the option that they do not want to rectify the issues to my conservatory reconfiguration. Quick to take money, even asking for full payment before finishing the job. Very poor customer service. Issues as follows. 1. Lantern roof light, was not assembled correctly which left small gaps allowing heat to escape and being draughty. Chris attended site to make a repair and left the lantern roof light damaged and in a worse state then when he started. 2. Flat roof constructed with not enough fall causing water to pool at both ends of the lantern roof light. 3. Flat roof has now started to warp and lift. Frightened that in a high wind it may peal off. Today we have water entering through one of the light fittings. Could Chris, Paul or Joel please contact me to arrange rectification of issues."

"Unfortunately the team failed to finish our job despite full payment being made. We are a developer in somerset. 4 of our windows required an arched edging in Aluminium that was agreed when we signed the order. The management team refuse to answer or return my calls. Awful service and dissapointed by the lack of accountability from the management team. Give me a call anytime Chris, Joel or Paul if you plan to finish the job. See picture attached. Does that look wind and weather tight?"

"All the stuff I encountered from sales people to installers were polite professional and very pleasant. The appointment was made and installers turned up on time, carried out the work without any fuss, cleaned and tidied up, left me to get on with my day. First class all the way"

"Massive thanks to the whole team. Really happy with the whole job. Lovely, non pushy sales team, great experienced fitters. The last four windows fully replaced, mess removed. Great finish, tidy job. Thank you very much."
