Barclay & Co Roofing Ltd

"We had been waiting a while for a roofing firm to come and fix a leak with no luck so contacted Steve. He came out at the weekend and had a look at our house. He was able to show me pictures of similar chimneys that he had repointed recently and we booked him. He was very efficient organising the scaffolding and finished in less that a week. He has kept us informed along the way and we are very happy with the repointing and the repairs. Thank you Steve."

"We had a new EPDM roof and waterproofing works done by Steve. He was very easy to deal with, always responding to my emails quickly to let us know where things were at. He also very helpfully sent pictures of the works so we could see how they were going as we were away for part of the works. I would recommend Barclay&Co for roofing works"

"I had a problem with a leaking firewall that was causing damage to my property and a chimney that needed capping due to water entering it. So I called Steve at Barclay&co roofing services and he came round to have a look. The firewall needed sealing to stop the water . As always Steve was helpful and efficient. I would not use anybody else he is always professional and does a great job. Would highly recommend."

"Steve came at short notice to fix some criminal damage to the roof of my listed property to protect the interior from further damage. He was professional and reliable and the work was done to a high standard and his flexibility, given how reassuringly busy he was, was appreciated. Good tradies seem to be increasingly difficult to find so save his details, would recommend!"

"Steve of Barclay&Co was asked to attend the property to quote to fix a leaking roof. Our house is Grade II Listed so things are old and permissions are required so it is not straight forward. Steve fitted a completely new natural slate roof and lead box guttering. Our roof no longer leaks. During the job I felt prioritised and well communicated with and Steve saw the job through until it was done, even accommodated changes that I requested along the way. He was patient while we got the various consents and always tidied up after himself. Steve was resourceful and handled unforeseen issues as they were uncovered. I am also grateful because Steve saved us from additional potential damage to the property caused by a faulty water tank in the loft space that had started leaking while we were out even though it was completely out of the scope of his work. Overall I am very happy with the quality of work we received and would recommend Barclay&Co to complete roofing work. Before and after photos included"
