"I have patiently waited for 18 months to leave this review, hoping the the ongoing issues I have experienced with Aspect Windows would be resolved. From beginning to end the whole experience with Aspect Windows and their sister company, Exeter Trade Aluminium, has been awful. So far the product appears to be OK but the process of dealing with Aspect has been painful : -The initial design by Exeter Trade aluminium was wrong. -The price Through Aspect therefore increased significantly. -The lead time increased significantly due to 'administration' delays by Aspect. -The communication through all parts of the procurement and installation process was apalling. In particular Rob the operations manager rarely replied to emails, voicemails or prompts from other colleagues (Including his Boss). -After the delayed installation we have had some snagging issues that have now taken over a year to resolve. -One issue with a trickle vent remains unresolved despite me regularly expediting the issue. -I believe the issues are endemic as the owner, Steve, has to be regularly chased for answers. -6 months after the installation manager visited to see the issues Steve asked me to send him photographs of the same problems but gave me the wrong telephone number to send them to! - I agreed to wait in for their engineers to attend but the did not turn up on the agreed day - On the replacement date (weeks later) the engineers turned up earlier than the agreed time and left as I arrived home -A month on I was advised they were unable to provide the solution that had been proposed 12 months before. -When called, despite speaking to me numerous time Steve doesn't know who I am and calls me the wrong name. It really is a comedy of errors and I wish we had not chosen to use them in the first place. I would recommend you look elsewhere."

"Aspect Windows - Shocking service and poor quality product, BEWARE ! Aspect Windows told us there was an 8 to 12 week turn around. Sadly this became a very a different story upon payment when the real picture was revealed. So, from confirming our order & paying the deposit until the installation date - 5.5 months - almost half a year and double the turnaround around period they sold us - 5 AND A HALF MONTHS (almost half a year !) In addition : Upon installation we heard (3rd hand) from the builder that the patio doors were faulty, and that the locking mechanism on one side didn't function properly. No communication what-so-ever has been initialised on the part of Aspect Windows to declare or resolve this matter and so we live with our £5k broken patio door, and remain in the dark as to if or when our doors will be fixed . . . This was a £22k order :("

"No complaints whatsoever. The service from Aspect windows was excellent from start to finish. The first visit to their showroom was very useful and Chris King provided some good advice and recommendations. The time scale set at the getgo was followed without issue and we were kept informed throughout. Finally and most importantly the install team were friendly, efficient, tidy and their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. We are very pleased with the end product and would certainly not hesitate in recommending aspect windows."
