"Didn’t arrive on the scheduled day and didn’t say why or if they would even come at all. Turned up 2 days later unannounced, having had no communication. Invoiced me for an incomplete job which led to a 3-month deposit dispute with the landlord. They never told me it was incomplete yet still charged me for a full service. I have since complained and asked for a refund but received no response. Looking at the reviews I find it strange to see the Ablou Employee who supposedly cleaned my oven giving a 5-star review!"

"Paid for an end-of-tenancy carpet and oven clean, after having thoroughly cleaned the rest of the house ourselves. Cleaners ignored our calls/messages, came on different day to what was scheduled, and asked us to leave the house during cleaning, during which they took photos of the property to send to our landlord without our consent, in the hope of charging us for an additional clean. This led to a 3-month dispute over our deposit. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY – I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also disappointing to see reviews here on Google from staff at the company!"

The students get good customer service and issues are reported to me properly. We are so glad to have Ablou on board for our of hours cover, I can't imagine it any other way."
